I created Truffle Berries in 2001 when I owned Sweet Seasons Bakery in Citrus Heights, CA. When I sold the bakery, Truffle Berries wasn’t part of the deal. If you have ever had a strawberry dipped in chocolate you know they all taste about the same. It’s just a strawberry and chocolate. Truffle Berries are different. I came up with a very creamy truffle recipe for my berries. I also use premium chocolate, not a coating. Truffle Berries are very delicious and very special.
Today, my husband helps me create new items and recipes. We work hard all week to make fresh, great tasting treats for everyone to enjoy and we sell them at the Benicia Farmers Market too. If you are in the area and have a sweet tooth stop by and say hi! You can also find us at our friends Pizza restaurant CLOCK TOWER PIZZA in Fairfield. We make and sell our goodies there.
