Our Truffle Berries are dipped in real chocolate, not a coating and we do not add any oil or wax to our chocolate EVER. Each Truffle Berry is hand washed, dried and dipped and are perishable. Truffle Berries will remain fresh and firm for 48 to 72 hours.
